Triathlete Fernanda Keller has dedicated herself to sports for 25 years and is used to facing great challenges, victories, defeats and unforeseen events. Having goals and working hard to attain them is routine to this champion, who trains an average of 8 hours a day, come rain or sunshine, and is an expert in long distance contests, like the Ironman.

The Ironman contest is made up of 3.8 km of swim, 180 km of bike and 42 km of marathon, totaling almost 10 hours of continuous effort. Fernanda is the only female athlete in the world to take part in 22 consecutive years and finish 14 times among the 10 best athletes in the World Ironman Championship, which is always held in Hawaii.

Her heart, determination and thirst for constant overcoming has been turning the heads of big companies that began to use the triathlete s life example in trainings and seminars involving their executives and other collaborators. Fernanda Keller is used to giving lectures to this public, in which she draws a parallel between the world of sport, her training routines and contests with the world of the big companies, which also involves contests and goals to be met and the constant need to deal with competition, achievements, frustrations, victories, defeats and distresses.
